After enrolling in an eligible benefit plan, you might have access to a virtual and/or physical card. Virtual and physical cards have unique numbers and act as standalone cards.
Cards options vary
Card setup is unique to your plan and organization. To understand what card options are available to you, visit your Cards tab. If you have additional questions about your card options, contact your administrator.
Physical card delivery timelines
Physical cards can take 7-10 business days to arrive after they're issued.
Virtual card delivery timelines
Virtual cards are issued as soon as they’re created, with no mailing required.
If your program issues virtual cards automatically, your card is issued when you enroll.
If your program lets you request a virtual card, it’s issued right after you submit your request.
