You can issue a Family Card in your Health Wallet for up to a maximum of ten eligible family members.
How to issue a card for family members
Select the Cards tab.
Below Family Cards, select Add Family Card.
Enter the Cardholder Details.
Select Continue.
When will my card arrive?
New cards can take 7-10 business days to be delivered. If your card does not arrive within that standard timeframe, please contact your customer support team for further assistance.
Cards may ship separately
If you order multiple family cards, they may ship separately and may not arrive in the same envelope.
